Less than 24 hours to departure of first team
I have talked with various team members...and from the e mails that are going out, the excitement is palpable. Ken and I are busy preparing the house for a month without us. We went to the post office last night and weighed suitcases. We determined flight times and stopovers...in Boise Time and in Zambia time. In other words, we are waiting...waiting... waiting. The excitement and stress are a fun aspect that I hadn't quite anticipated. In any event, we will hopefully be in the air tomorrow at 7:30ish. So, the blog postings should be more interesting and more frequent going forward. Pray for all of us! -Laurie

You are all in our prayers - both those who are going, and the family members staying as support here in Boise. I can hardly wait to hear the exciting things God does through and to each of you individually, and as a team. May God guide your every step, grant you favor with the people you meet and soften hearts to hear, and see in action, the Gospel. Have a great time, we'll anxiously be awaiting word on how things are going!
